Hunner Associates is a family owned and operated general construction and project management firm specializing in new and remodel residential projects in the San Francisco Mid-Peninsula area.  We are experienced in both residential and tenant improvement commercial work and have been in business and California licensed since 1979. 





From the early planning stages is the best time for us to become involved. Hunner Associates helps facilitate the design and permitting process of your project and provides full service construction management. 


We will assist your design team with consultation on building assemblies, functionality, products and costs. This key early input helps balance your vision and the architect's design development with your budget and schedule.

From the start of construction we keep your project moving forward through our exceptional project management experience.


Hunner Associates is able to produce a top quality finished product at a moderate cost through the use of our multi-skilled, in-house tradesmen and a subcontractor team having a proven history with us. Our building crew members have been with us for an average of 15 years.

We also take care of the less glamorous items traditionally not associated with a general contractor, such as home maintenance and owner move-in logistics. We continue to work with repeat clients, designers and engineers and our projects are typically initiated through referrals. We look forward to working with you on your next project.
